- Gather supporting documentation for the banks & agree on final proposal
- Application submitted to the bank(s)

& offer Preparations
- Find properties that you love within your established budget
- Confirm with bank that you can offer on this property
- Undertake other due diligence (Building check, LIM Report, Legal check)
Make
the Offer
- Attend auction and bid for that property; or
- If not sold by auction, make offer by negotiation
- Pay the deposit to BUY YOUR FIRST HOME!
Getting ready for
settlement Day
- Meet with your mortgage adviser to discuss the best way to set up your home loans and repayments
- Complete the bank and legal paperwork needed
- Give your landlord notice that you’re now paying your own mortgage!

- Take ownership of the property
- Grab the keys from the Real Estate Agent
